Hey girl, I am SO excited that you are here because I think this topic is going to be so powerful if you are in a season of your life where you are struggling at all or even if you just know someone who is. Or maybe, you just want to get proactive about putting more tools in your toolbox for when life does throw you a curveball that you can feel more equipped to navigate it. I shared a couple episodes back about how I had just lost a friend of mine, Brittany, to cancer after Thanksgiving & wanted to spread her mission of living life on purpose. What I didn’t share, was some of the different emotions I experienced after such a tough loss & today I wanted to break down a few tangible tips that helped me continue to find & experience JOY during a really crappy time.
