Today we are talking about GROWTH, and how that growth doesn’t always feel good, right? I know personally, I have found that sometimes when I’m growing & it doesn't feel good by brain tries to protect me from potential pain or failure & convince me that I shouldn’t be moving in that direction. I’ve learned to be very intentional about catching when my brain is trying to pull that BS on me so I wanted to deep dive into this topic of growth and the feelings that are associated with it. I know it can be super tough to navigate sometimes, so I want to share with you 3 things that are helping me work through this season of growing.
