OW OWW! I am SO excited you are here today girl, because this topic is a JUICY one that I know is going to be SO impactful. I was actually listening to Dave Hollis talking about his worry while training for a marathon & how he had this internal dialog that he kept telling himself, if he didn’t train for the marathon he would have a ‘get out of jail free’ card when it didn’t work out & I didn’t complete it. He was basically saying that sometimes it feels like it’s better to just quit than to try & fail, and I think we do this a LOT when it comes to our own goals.
