We are talking about beliefs and the programming that we have basically from birth, and the thoughts that we’re thinking & if they’re actually serving us. I was listening to an incredible book called Untamed by Glenon Doyle, and she was talking about this concept that I thought was so powerful, that we always have three options with the belief sets that we currently have. We can either keep them, return them, or exchange them. I thought it was just so juicy & I had to share it with you along with my perspective because I realized I actually do this all the time, just not with this verbiage.
